Nuestra Historia
El Fuego was born from a deep love for Mexican cuisine and tradition. Our chef, raised in the markets of Oaxaca, trained in Mexico City, and forged in his grandmother's kitchen, brings authentic techniques and family recipes passed down three generations.
We source dried chiles, cacao, and heirloom corn directly from Mexican growers — then grind, press, and simmer every dish to order.
