From intimate 30-person executive dinners to 5,000-attendee conferences and virtual events with 50,000+ viewers. We scale our team and production to match.

How far in advance should we book?

For in-person conferences, 12–16 weeks is ideal. Virtual events can launch in 4–6 weeks. Rush options are available — we've shipped events in 10 days.

Do you handle venues and catering?

Yes — full venue sourcing, contract negotiation, catering, AV, decor, and on-site staffing. We have preferred-vendor relationships in 40+ cities.

Which virtual platforms do you support?

Hopin, Cvent, Zoom Events, Run the World, and custom-built platforms. We help you choose based on audience size, engagement needs, and budget.

Can you sponsor or fund events?

We don't fund events directly, but we run sponsorship sales as part of our marketing service — securing sponsor deals that often fully cover production costs.
