Everything you need to know before your first class.
Start with our Foundations classes. They're designed for first-timers and walk you through the core principles of Pilates at a comfortable pace. Most beginners feel confident within 2 weeks.
Just a mat for most classes. Our beginner and intermediate programs are mat-based. The Advanced Mastery track introduces the Pilates reformer — we'll guide you to a studio partner near you if you don't have one.
Most members notice improved posture within 2 weeks, increased core strength within 4 weeks, and visible body sculpting within 8–12 weeks of consistent practice (3x per week).
Pilates was originally developed for rehabilitation and is widely recommended by physical therapists for back pain. Our instructors are certified in modified Pilates for injuries — always tell your instructor about any pain before class.
