Do you do developer handoff?
Yes — every project includes Figma dev-mode ready files, component documentation, and a 2-week support window after handoff for questions.
Which tools do you use?
Figma for design, FigJam for workshops, Maze and Lookback for testing, and Linear/Notion for project tracking. We adapt to your stack if needed.
Can you work with our engineering team?
Absolutely — we run weekly design reviews with engineering, write implementation tickets, and provide QA support during the build phase.
Do you handle user research?
Yes — recruitment, interview scripts, moderation, analysis, and synthesis. We can run studies in English, Spanish, and Portuguese with 48-hour participant sourcing.
Who owns the design files?
You do — fully. All work is delivered in your Figma organization, with transfer of IP outlined in the MSA.
