About Sakura Zen

Sakura Zen is more than a restaurant — it's a sanctuary where Japanese culinary tradition meets modern sensibility. Our chefs train for over a decade to master the art of sushi, preparing each piece with ritual precision.

Every ingredient is hand-selected. From the rice milled each morning, to the fish delivered daily from Toyosu Market, we honor the philosophy of shokunin — the lifelong pursuit of craft mastery.
