What's included in the nightly rate?

All nightly rates include 24/7 concierge service, Wi-Fi, utilities, daily housekeeping (minimum 3-night stays), welcome amenities, and standard local taxes. Optional add-ons like private chefs, spa treatments, and airport transfers can be reserved during booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Standard policy: free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Within 30 days, 50% refund; within 14 days, no refund. Selected properties offer flexible rates with full refund up to 14 days. Travel insurance is available at checkout for $39/night.

How do check-in and check-out work?

Check-in is at 4 PM, check-out at 11 AM. Most properties feature keyless smart-lock entry with a unique code sent 24 hours before arrival. Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available on request at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Most properties have a 2–3 night minimum stay; peak-season and holiday dates may require 5–7 nights. Specific minimums are shown on each property page. Members of our Palace Club tier enjoy reduced 1-night minimums on selected properties.

Do you offer member rates or loyalty benefits?

Yes — Palace Club membership is free and includes 10–20% off all bookings, complimentary early check-in/late check-out, a dedicated concierge line, and a free night after every 10 paid nights. Tier upgrades to Palace Elite and Palace Signature unlock higher discounts and complimentary spa credits.
